Colour Variations & Material Differences

Please note that every product is unique. Materials such as wood, bamboo, fabric, and other natural or composite materials may have slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern.

  • Colour and pattern may vary between samples, images, and the final product. All samples are indicative only.
  • For products with stains, finishes, or fabrics, natural variations are expected. For an exact uniform colour, consider painted finishes or synthetic alternatives.
  • Natural products, such as bamboo or wooden shutters, may include minor knots or grain imperfections. These are natural characteristics and not defects.

Product Sizes & Measurements

  • Products such as Venetian, Roman, Vertical, Roller, Double Roller, Outdoor Roller, Bamboo blinds, Curtains, Shutters, Security Shutters, and Motorised blinds are made to the measurements provided by the client.
  • Measurements must be confirmed before production. Incorrect measurements supplied by the client are the client’s responsibility, and any corrections may incur additional costs.
  • Custom lengths, widths, or configurations may have lead time implications, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Claims

  • Claims for incorrect sizing, colour variations, or natural material differences will not be accepted after installation.
  • For issues such as damage during delivery, inspect products on receipt and report immediately.
  • Products must not be installed if there are defects or excessive damage. Installation constitutes acceptance.

Delivery

  • Products are delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 09:00 and 17:00, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please inspect all deliveries before signing. Damages reported after signing will not be accepted.
  • If a client chooses their own courier, The Blinds and Shutter Studio is not liable for damages during transit.

Incorrect Material, Profile, or Colour

  • All orders are produced according to client specifications.
  • If a client provides incorrect material, profile, colour, or configuration, any costs to rectify the order are the client’s responsibility.
  • Some corrections may be possible at management’s discretion, depending on feasibility.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled, including urgent orders.
  • All products are made-to-order and cannot be returned for refund or credit.
  • Returns are at management’s discretion and require prior approval.

Lead Times

  • Standard products: approximately 2–4 working days, depending on quantity and delivery location.
  • Custom-finished or motorised products: approximately 3–6 working days, depending on quantity and delivery location.

Important Notes

  • No refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed and payment is received.
  • Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
