Materials such as wood, bamboo, fabric, and other natural or composite materials may have <strong>slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Colour and pattern may vary between samples, images, and the final product. All samples are <strong>indicative only<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For products with stains, finishes, or fabrics, natural variations are expected. For an exact uniform colour, consider <strong>painted finishes<\/strong> or synthetic alternatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natural products, such as bamboo or wooden shutters, may include minor knots or grain imperfections. These are <strong>natural characteristics<\/strong> and not defects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Product Sizes &amp; Measurements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products such as <strong>Venetian, Roman, Vertical, Roller, Double Roller, Outdoor Roller, Bamboo blinds, Curtains, Shutters, Security Shutters, and Motorised blinds<\/strong> are made to the <strong>measurements provided by the client<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measurements must be confirmed before production. <strong>Incorrect measurements supplied by the client are the client\u2019s responsibility<\/strong>, and any corrections may incur additional costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom lengths, widths, or configurations may have <strong>lead time implications<\/strong>, which will be communicated at the time of order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Claims for <strong>incorrect sizing, colour variations, or natural material differences<\/strong> will <strong>not be accepted<\/strong> after installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For issues such as <strong>damage during delivery<\/strong>, inspect products on receipt and report immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products must <strong>not be installed<\/strong> if there are defects or excessive damage. Installation constitutes acceptance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products are delivered on <strong>Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 09:00 and 17:00<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please inspect all deliveries <strong>before signing<\/strong>. Damages reported after signing <strong>will not be accepted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a client chooses their own courier, <strong>The Blinds and Shutter Studio is not liable<\/strong> for damages during transit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Incorrect Material, Profile, or Colour<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All orders are produced <strong>according to client specifications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a client provides incorrect material, profile, colour, or configuration, <strong>any costs to rectify the order are the client\u2019s responsibility<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some corrections may be possible <strong>at management\u2019s discretion<\/strong>, depending on feasibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns &amp; Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders may only be cancelled <strong>within 30 minutes of placement<\/strong>. Once an order enters production, it <strong>cannot be changed or cancelled<\/strong>, including urgent orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All products are <strong>made-to-order<\/strong> and cannot be returned for refund or credit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns are <strong>at management\u2019s discretion<\/strong> and require prior approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lead Times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standard products: approximately <strong>2\u20134 working days<\/strong>, depending on quantity and delivery location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom-finished or motorised products: approximately <strong>3\u20136 working days<\/strong>, depending on quantity and delivery location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No refunds<\/strong> will be issued once an order is confirmed and payment is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Colour Variations &amp; Material Differences Please note that every product is unique.
